PAK Terms
REFUND POLICY
PAK issues refunds for all unopened product in their original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
Unless the return is a result of our error, shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive the returned product and determine that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase.
How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these instructions:
- Contact us at sales@thePAKstore.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and mailing address. No returns will be accepted without an RA Number.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip.
- Write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box, and mail the item to the address we provide.
Please return the item via an insured carrier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL). We recommend that you insure the item for its full value, and retain all postal and insurance receipts to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. All returns must be pre-paid. We will not accept COD returns.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@thepakstore.com. Please save the box and all of the packing material. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and will exchange the item promptly.
PRIVACY POLICY
PAK is dedicated to keeping the information you submit to us secure and private. Your purchases, credit card information and personal data are encrypted and secured through a link to our commerce server. During the completion of your order, you will be linked from PAK’s web pages to customized screens on a secure server. Your information is encrypted during its trip across the Internet to prohibit viewing by a third party.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer Ground, Two-Day, and Overnight shipping options, all via UPS. PAK does not assume liability for the shipping options chosen by customers.
If a customer chooses a shipping method that does not meet his or her needs, please email us right away (sales@thePAKstore.com) and we will amend the shipping method if the order has not been shipped and refund or bill the difference in cost. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy, but the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
